Laminar Airflow Cabinet

Laminar / unidirectional air flow cabinets are the ideal option for these environments, which are common in microbiological and cell culture laboratories where a very sterile working environment is necessary for conducting research operations. These cabinets are made to protect the work zone’s contents from cross-contamination-sensitive particles.
A laminar air flow cabinet keeps a single direction of HEPA-filtered air flowing over the workspace, shielding it from dust and other airborne pollutants. By providing an ISO Class 5 particle-free environment, the work area is continuously supplied with positive pressure for handling crucial processes. The flow may go vertically (from the top to the work surface) or horizontally (parallel to the work surface).
